Kinetis Vector 0.14: A Queue Dashboard in the Admin
- 03 November 2026
Two days ago kinetis/queue-failed-jobs started keeping the jobs your
worker gives up on, with commands to list, retry, forget and prune
them. kinetis/vector 0.14.0 and @kinetis/vector-ui 0.12.0 put the
same work in the admin: a Queues page that shows how many jobs are
waiting, which ones failed and why, and how your jobs have run over the
last minutes or days.
Kinetis Queue Failed Jobs 1.0: Keep the Jobs Your Worker Gives Up On
- 01 November 2026
When a job fails on its last attempt, the queue worker logs it and
deletes it. Until now that was the end of it: if the failure came from
a bug you have since fixed, or from an API that was down for an hour,
the job was gone. kinetis/queue-failed-jobs 1.0.0 keeps those jobs
in a database table, so you can look at them and run them again.
Kinetis RoadRunner Adapter 1.3: New RoadRunner Package Names
- 30 October 2026
RoadRunner’s PHP packages have new names. spiral/roadrunner-worker
is now roadrunner/worker, spiral/roadrunner-http is now
roadrunner/http, and the CLI that downloads the rr binary is now
roadrunner/cli. kinetis/roadrunner-adapter 1.3.0 moves to the new
names.
Kinetis ORM 1.13: Save Your Data and Queue a Job in One Transaction
- 29 October 2026
Most applications have this bug somewhere. A request marks an order as shipped, then queues a job that emails the customer. That is two separate writes, and either one can fail without the other:
Kinetis Framework 1.23: A PHPStan Rule for Process and SAPI Globals
- 28 October 2026
kinetis/framework 1.23.0 adds a third PHPStan rule for application
code, NoProcessGlobalsRule. It flags the places where code reaches
past the PSR-7 request and response into the PHP process or the SAPI:
exit and die, the request superglobals, and the SAPI header,
cookie and native session functions. The same release registers all
three Kinetis rules in every Kinetis package, the skeleton included,
and the monorepo’s manifest validator now enforces it.
